This process includes understanding the differences between equity marketing and retail sales; knowledge of tax impact; 1031 exchanges; understanding the importance of gathering client information, abilities, and motivation; package preparation & presentations; property benefit analysis and the multitude of optional solutions that lead to a successful transaction.
